New gym routine needed
I just joined a gym for the first time since college and am looking to improve my strength and mobility (I’m in my 30s) I’m fairly active but my exercise mainly consists of playing sports and cardio. Any suggestions of where to start with a gym routine? Perhaps some light weights, a suggestion of a circuit to do?
