Dizziness and thyroid

I had a significant dizzy spell a few months ago and ended up being put on a low dose (25mcg) of levothyroxine (Synthroid). My TSH with Reflex to T4 was abnormally high. I haven’t had any issues with talking levothyroxine but don’t know if I’m on this now for life. Anyone have a similar experience?
