My sleep has been terrible. I don't know why. My brain won't be quiet and let me rest and then my watch is showing that I am getting little to no REM throughout the night. I try to wind down but I am hitting massive walls throughout the day because of it. My appetite also is out of control when I don't sleep, does anyone else feel this?

Sleep routines
Does anyone have a good sleep routine? I have terrible sleep hygiene and have been falling asleep at 3:00 am. I can never seem to get into the groove of a routine.
Would love to hear how other people wind down for bed -- maybe I can find some inspo to just do one thing better this week/month.
