Hip flexors so tight

Anyone have advice for keeping their hip flexors loose throughout the work day? I’m struggling with sitting or just standing in place and then my hips are so tight. Could it be something with my chair set up?

Good resources for best ergonomic set up?

I am really struggling to sit at my desk all day. Does anyone have good recommendations for a standing desk or desk set up that can help me with some of my shoulder tenseness and back pain?
